This handmade collage is part of my FEBRUALLAGE 2023 collection—a set of works created for an international challenge using a daily prompt to create a new collage each day in February. This collage was prompted by the word: SMILE

 

A collage designed to make you smile! Turn That Frown Upside Down features a smiling swinger flying high above her neighborhood and a vivid rainbow piece from a VHS box from the artist’s own childhood. A cute addition to a kid’s room or any space that needs a pop of color and joy.

 

Initialed on the front & signed in signature silver on the back.

 

AS IS SALE: In the finishing of this collage, the poor girl suffered a hairline fracture right across her face. The tear is almost invisible in the finished product, unless you’re looking very closely (see thumbnail #6). The artist’s mistake is your gain!
